Personally, Noiz wouldn't have minded losing the bet. He's not exactly shy. But he did win, probably because he's better at predicting bad TV plot twists, and so he's the one with the vibrator's control app on his phone and not the other way around.
"You look cute," Noiz says when they finally leave his apartment and reach the sidewalk. The plan is to walk around the city a little, maybe get a drink or food.
Prompto lost the bet, after all. He's not going to get off very easy. For now Noiz leaves his phone in his pocket and just smirks at him.
