if I have to wait more than five minutes for you I'm leaving.

( There's no text back.

But, Theo does manage to arrive just as Jae is walking up. He makes a show of passing him, revving his bike as he slips past and even managing a wave before he slips smoothly into the parking lot.

It barely takes him a minute to cut the engine and hop off, tugging his helmet and jacket off with a surprising smoothness. )

You know, JB, we need to work on your patience.

[ Jaebum has his arms crossed as he watches someone shout into their phone across the street. By the time Theo comes around, he just sighs and shakes his head. ]

I put my toaster in the trash. It's disgusting.

( He's grinning. He shouldn't be. )

In my defense, I do distinctly remember telling you I can't be held responsible for my actions while under the influence of pain killers.

( He starts towards one of the shops, reaching out to attempt to catch the other's sleeve to pull him along. )

What are you even taking painkillers for?

[ Jaebum's still not happy with the excuse. He lets Theo pull his sleeve, all the same, and follows him into the store with minimal resistance. ]
