she's quiet for a moment, giving her attention back to the people on the stage. eventually, though, she'll talk again. ]

[ she draws the word out a little too much to be completely innocent. ]

Things happen. Like, I could happen to end up in tights?

[ sounds fake but ok ]

You're starting to make me nervous.

[ Please don't let it take him to wearing tights. It sounds uncomfortable. ]

It sounds like it could be fun.

I don't know, you could probably knock me out.

[ Hang on. Zuko narrows his eyes and points at her. ]

This is not encouragement. Don't do it. Do not attack me with tights.

[seaclipsed]

[ she tries to hide her smile at that, but she's not doing a very good job at it. ]

So could I attack you with something else?

[brandedloyalty]

I'd appreciate it if you didn't attack me at all...

[ Zuko fakes suspicion, narrowing his eyes at Katara and crossing his arms. ]

I'm keeping an eye out for traps from you from now on.

[seaclipsed]

See, that's the thing about traps, Zuko...

[ she leans forward to poke him in the forehead. ]

You don't see them coming.

[brandedloyalty]

[ Reeling back, Zuko fixes her with an affronted look. ]

I'll be ready. You won't get the better of me.

[seaclipsed]

[ she has to stop herself from laughing. ]

That's what they all say.

[brandedloyalty]

Who else have you been scaring with your traps? Was this your plan all along?

[ Zuko can keep himself from laughing, maybe more successfully than Katara... at least for now. ]

[seaclipsed]

I can't give you that information. You could use it against me.

[ her tone is one of fake offense. ]

[brandedloyalty]

And use it to set a trap of my own?

[ Zuko shakes his head slowly, crossing his arms. Katara can set all kinds of traps for him, but he'll hold strong! ]

I would never sink to such depths.

[seaclipsed]

You say that, but I can practically see those wheels turning in your head.

[ she pokes the side of said head as she talks, but it's pretty gentle. ]
